In addition to the prices mentioned above, the member would have to pay an Annual packages Fee every year (irrespective of the usage). The Annual packages Fee Studio Apartment Rs. 7500/- and for 1BR Rs. 12500/- Annual packages Fee is inclusive of GST 18%.
